The paper revenues a sociological analysis of public space concerning urban art in its being both creative and conflict. Particularly the authors examine the relationship between street art and urban regeneration in Naples, exploring some aspects relating to tourism and real estate investment processes. More generally, the authors examine the issues concerning the essential link between the piece of art and the context in which it is carried out, particularly some critical aspects about the practices of musealization. A focus of analysis is reserved to the creativity of Cyop&kaf artists in Quartieri Spagnoli (Naples). A Neapolitan photographic appendix accompanies the paper.
