The phenomenon of regression has been affecting democratic systems around the world for more than fifteen years. Through a series of indicators, the degree of regression or degeneration can be assessed quantitatively and qualitatively–the most significant of which being the separation of powers. Beginning with an analysis of the latest political, administrative and jurisdictional vicissitudes that have occurred in the South American state since 2019, this work aims to identify the prism of indicators of constitutional regressions in Colombia.
