The paper analyses the architectural structures of the eastern area of the Monastiraki Protopalatial site. Starting from the observation of the material evidence and archaeological finds, the masonry socles, binding work,the mud brick dimensions, the feature of the finishing coats and the flooring typologies are investigated. Through the observation of some architectural details, the analysis leads to a more general description of the building techniques employed.
