Positioned within the research activities of the PRIN 2017 project titled “REsearch at the SERvice of Educational fragilities (RE-SERVES)” (Prot. 2017XPN3W9), with a specific focus on the intersection between fragility and education in relation to antisocial and violent behaviors among adolescents, this essay examines a phase of the research aimed at identifying, within each formal and non-formal educational context involved, both problematic situations linked to the investigated phenomenon and the educational practices adopted in response. From the outcomes of Focus Groups to the construction and analysis of interviews, the essay reconstructs the narratives and dilemmas experienced by participants, culminating in dialogic-reflective circles. This process led educators and teachers to engage in the co-design of educational pathways to be implemented in their respective territories, highlighting the value of dialogic reflection and collaboration as tools to address the educational challenges associated with adolescent fragility.
Inscrivendosi nell’ambito delle attività di ricerca del Progetto PRIN 2017 dal titolo “REsearch at the SERvice of Educational fragilitiesS (RE-SERVES) (Prot. 2017XPN3W9), con particolare attenzione alla declinazione della relazione fra fragilità ed educazione in riferimento ai comportamenti antisociali e violenti degli e delle adolescenti, il saggio si concentra sulla fase della ricerca che ha avuto l’obiettivo di individuare, per ciascun contesto educativo, formale e non formale, coinvolto, sia situazioni considerate problematiche rispetto al fenomeno indagato sia le pratiche educative adottate in relazione ad esso. Dai risultati dei Focus Group alla costruzione e all’analisi delle interviste, viene restituita la trama delle narrazioni e dei dilemmi che hanno accompagnato i partecipanti fino ai circoli dialogico-riflessivi. Un percorso che ha condotto educatori e insegnanti a impegnarsi nella co-progettazione di percorsi educativi da realizzare nei territori di riferimento e in cui emerge il valore della riflessione dialogica e della collaborazione come leve per affrontare le sfide educative connesse alla fragilità adolescenziale.
