This paper aims to study the terminology related to the production of olive oils in Campania that are quality products famous in both the national and international context. The analysis focuses on the characteristics of the terminology concerning the products, tools, professions and production phases related to the field of the olive oil production. The study carried out a contrastive analysis between the Italian and Spanish terminology.
