The paper focuses on the training of professionals in the educational field suggesting, through the integration of two research perspectives, an organi- zation of courses for these professionals based on the consideration of need to professionalize the educational practice understood as a research prac- tice. In this regard, the epistemological and methodological framework of Research-Training in educational field provides a significant contribution to the development of heuristic competence of educational professions.
Il contributo affronta la questione della formazione degli educatori e dei pe- dagogisti. Si individuano due prospettive di ricerca integrate che sottolineano la necessità di costruire i percorsi di formazione alle professioni educative tenendo conto del bisogno di professionalizzare la pratica educativa nei termini della ricerca. In questo senso, si segnala il significativo contributo che l’impianto epi- stemologico e metodologico della ricerca-formazione fornisce allo sviluppo della competenza euristica del professionista dell’educazione e della formazione.
