Se si volesse riflettere sul tema dell’influenza che le diverse forme di comunicazione presenti nella nostra società esercitano sulla vita familiare, gli spunti sarebbero numerosi, e faticoso e dispersivo risulterebbe tentare di far convergere i vari percorsi di analisi in un quadro unitario. L’osservazione del rapporto scuola/famiglia e della loro comunicazione si può rivelare un punto di vista interessante tenendo conto delle influenze che entrambi i sistemi esercitano sull’educazione dei figli. Oggi la scuola e la famiglia hanno dovuto rivedere i loro rapporti, le loro modalità comunicative rispetto al passato, per andare incontro alle trasformazioni sociali di questi ultimi decenni. In questo quadro, non sempre confortante, la norma ha tentato di mettere a fuoco cosa occorre per una migliore riuscita del compito educativo sia alla famiglia che alla scuola, puntando non solo sul metodo da utilizzare - cooperazione – ma anche riformulando gli obiettivi da raggiungere che devono essere perseguiti da entrambe anche se con modalità specifiche. Gli obiettivi sono alti e la comunicazione scuola/famiglia diventa non solo necessaria ma va rimodulata nel senso di una «alleanza educativa». Per far questo occorrerebbero sempre di più docenti disposti ad integrare i propri compiti didattici con una relazione di cura rivolta alla integrità della persona che viene loro affidata; genitori che si riapproprino del loro ruolo educativo e che avvertano la necessità di formarsi lungo tutto l’arco della vita dei figli, per imparare di volta in volta a stare accanto al figlio rispettandone la libertà e ricordandogli le sue responsabilità, a sostenere i percorsi di autostima nell’affrontare imprese che sembrano difficili e che richiedono iniezioni costanti di fiducia, di ottimismo, ma anche di prudenza e di realismo.
E' possibile una comunicazione tra scuola e famiglia?
