This work started from an in-depth analysis of the context of the complex society, investigating the relationship between education and communication and analysing how the latter - in relation to the upheavals dictated by the former and the latest technological transformations - acts and influences educational processes to a considerable extent. Given these premises, the focus shifted to the relationship and influences (at all levels) that communication brings to university education; a relationship of which the highest expression, from a pedagogical point of view and beyond, is represented by the category of 'formative communication', introduced by Franco Cambi at the beginning of the century. After highlighting the results of a series of research studies that show how the use of digital communication technologies for the benefit of university education has changed (in qualitative and quantitative terms) from the years preceding the Covid-19 pandemic to the present day, an attempt was made to establish the coordinates supporting a real stabilisation of an integrated type of education, which can exploit the new convergent media declinations typical of the digital era, approaching the characteristics, peculiarities and 'exploiting' the potential of students today immersed in fully digital contexts. Therefore, starting from the full-bodied scientific structure that is the subject of this research, the creation of a new indepth multimedia format ("Salotto Pedagogico") was hypothesised - the first manifestation of which "resulted" in a so-called "pilot" event held in collaboration with the students of the Master's Degree Course in Primary Education and the Degree Course in Educational Sciences - that could represent the first stone of a broader project (creation of the first Web Web-based educational project). pilot event held in collaboration with the students of the Master's Degree Course in Primary Education and the Degree Course in Educational Sciences - which could represent the first stone of a broader project (the creation of the first Web TV of the University Suor Orsola Benincasa of Naples) of pedagogical-cultural dissemination.
