Preventing psychological distress in university settings is a key objective for promoting students’ mental well-being. In this context, Suor Orsola Benincasa University implemented a project consisting of five seminars aimed at raising awareness of emotional health and psychological risk factors, including but not limited to substance and technology-related addictions. The program combined theoretical input with experiential workshops, covering diverse topics such as behavioral dependencies, the pursuit of happiness, music, and scientific imagination. High levels of student engagement and positive feedback from satisfaction questionnaires suggest that an interdisciplinary, psychoeducational approach can effectively support mental health promotion in higher education.
