The opportunity to develop resilience through generative AI represents an interesting and potentially promising educational challenge, as it can be used to create simulated scenarios or virtual environments in which individuals can face and overcome challenges, mistakes or difficult situations in a safe and controlled context. By interacting with generative AI systems, individuals can be exposed to a variety of critical situations and receive immediate feedback, thus experiencing the possibility of learning from difficulties by developing resilience, resilience and acceptance of failure, all fundamental components of resilience. In particular, a workshop activity will be presented, which involved a group of future primary school teachers, who had the opportunity to reflect on the transformative opportunities offered by artificial intelligence, which is considered a useful complementary tool, though not a substitute for human interactions.
